Please be informed that, following the award decision issued by the Trustee appointed within the Swiss bankruptcy proceedings, on May 1st, 2026, through its holding company ELICA CAPITAL SA, SWISS FINE BLANKING TECHNOLOGY SA acquired all rights relating to the tangible and intangible assets of QCISION AG, including trademarks, patents, and know-how of the division specialized in the manufacturing of Fineblanking systems and presses, formerly part of the QCISION AG.
Through this acquisition, SWISS FINE BLANKING TECHNOLOGY SA, with the technical support of FERRARI & CARENA S.r.l., strengthens its position within the Fineblanking industry, becoming one of the leading global players in the supply of presses, spare parts, and technical support services.
The objective of this transaction is now to integrate the management and expertise of the two companies in order to ensure continuity of QCISION’s business operations, its installed base, and its customer portfolio.
